You'll discover our farming practices, our beautiful Côte des Bar region, local biodiversity, and the history of our vineyards over the centuries.

All this while enjoying a guided tasting of our champagnes!

Visit our cellars

We offer guided tours of our cellars, an opportunity to learn even more about the champagne production process. From the arrival of the grapes at the press to their pressing, from the evolution of grape juice into sparkling wine, from empty to full bottle, the champagne production process will no longer hold any secrets for you!

The tour is followed by a tasting of our champagnes.

Cottage "Les Rochottes"

Book a stay in our cottage, which can accommodate up to 8 people.

This house was once a grape harvester's living quarters. We have carefully renovated it while preserving the spirit of the place. You can visit the must-see attractions of our region (Clairvaux Abbey, Bayel Crystal Works, the city of Troyes, etc.), explore the surrounding nature and the great lakes of Champagne, or enjoy the sensational attractions of Nigloland Park.
